Die Well!: The Case for Health and Moderation.

Take your health seriously; not because you won't still die, but so you don't die in pain and also make those around you suffer so much financially before your death.

Everything you go through and everything that will come to you in life is directly connected to the decisions you take today.

Engage in mental prayers, what we call meditation. It was the type of prayers Jesus had. It is a form of prayer that connects you deeper to the core of your being and to the one behind your existence.

Exercise your body, not because you want to lose weight but because you need blood to circulate freely to every part of you.

"Something must kill a man", you said. Well, the problem is not that you will die but the way you will die. Your careless decision today may affect your kidney, your liver, your brain. . .and you will live watching yourself die slowly and painfully. If only it will be suffered by you alone, maybe we won't worry much, but you will end up putting your loved ones into so much financial stress and emotional pains.

Watch what you eat and what you drink. While you join Tecno to sing "allow me to enjoy myself", remember that moderation is key. Don't enjoy things of this world to the point that things of the world will start enjoying you.
