The NECO Results have been made public by the National Examinations Council (NECO). The steps listed below must be followed by candidates who took the NECO examinations in order to get their results on the NECO portal. Candidates must purchase a NECO token in order to use the result checker to see their results. 

How to Purchase Token to use the NECO result checker:

  • Visit the NECO Result page: results.neco.gov.ng.
  • Click on PURCHASE TOKEN button, Enter your login details.
  • Click on ‘PURCHASE TOKEN’ either on the side menu or on your Dashboard.
  • Enter the number of tokens you wish to buy and click on PAY NOW.
  • Follow the screen guidelines to complete the payment.

How to Check result using the NECO result checker:

You must have the NECO token, which you may have previously bought, in order to check your NECO SSCE results.

  • Go to NECO result checker portal at results.neco.gov.ng.
  • Pick your exam year. i.e. 2023
  • Pick your exam type. i.e. SSCE INTERNAL (JUN/JUL)
  • Enter your Token Number and registration number in the appropriate columns.
  • Finally, click on check result button to access your NECO result.

You should be able to successfully check your result if you followed the preceding steps.

How to check NECO Result Without Scratch card 

The fact is that a SCRATCH CARD is necessary to verify the NECO Result 2023. You will want a NECO result checker TOKEN CODE, PIN, or SCRATCH CARD in order to correctly verify your 2023 NECO result.

How to Check NECO Result Through SMS 

Unfortunately, sending an SMS to check your NECO result is not possible. This implies that results from the National Examination Council cannot be retrieved by SMS. Only the result checker site on the internet may be used to verify your results.
