Shatta Wale drops new single, ‘CashOut’ as birthday gift.

Shatta Wale, a dancehall performer from Ghana who has won several awards for his work, has just released a new track off his album Gift of God (GOG).

On his birthday, he makes the surprise announcement that his new song, CashOut, would be his birthday present.

This information was first shared by Shatta Wale with Giovani Caleb in an exclusive interview which was conducted by Showbiz 360.

He said that the album was finished, but that he would release a song on his birthday, October 17th, to mark the occasion.

“Yh, my album is officially ready you know; errm, we will be dropping the first single on the 17^th, my birthday, yh,” Shatta Wale explained.

When asked about dropping just a single instead of the entire album on his birthday, he replied, saying, “So yh errm, I am trying to play my own marketing strategy here, so people should just expect the unexpected. You know say me sef, the industry dey play game with me so I wan play my game to well.”

And he fulfils that promise today after tweeting his new single with this caption: “My birthday gift to all my fans across the world. I love you all. #CASHOUT IS HERE!! #GOGALBUM2022 IS HERE!! #JESUS.”
